Alexander Karytinos

Alex is an actor, voice artist, and motion capture performer who graduated in 2025 from the Flinders University Drama Centre with a Bachelor of Performance in Acting (Honours). A lifelong trained singer and martial artist, he is drawn to bold, interrogative, and imaginative work across mediums.

On screen, Alex contributed to Items Objects and Things (2025), which won Best Film at the Adelaide 48 Hour Film Project. His work on Goodbye, Hercules (2024) earned him the inaugural Best Crew Member award at the same festival. He later appeared in Pact Lunch (2024), which screened at Filmapalooza for the Yes We Cannes Global Film Challenge, placing in the top 15 films and receiving a nomination for Best Ensemble Performance.

Alex’s voice work includes voicing Ray in the award-winning animated short Chloe’s Palette (2025). He is currently collaborating with internationally award-winning author Luciana Cavallero to narrate her debut audiobook, The Guardian’s Legacy.

His theatre credits include FutureShocks (2025), The Shock of the New in Adelaide (2025), the world premiere of Glace Chase’s Gull – or – The Most Lamentable Comedie Called Love (Adelaide Fringe, 2025), The Resistable Rise of Arturo Ui (2024), Floods of Fire (Adelaide Festival, 2024), and Botticelli in the Fire (Australian premiere, 2023).
