Megan Bennetts

Megan Bennetts is a versatile performer and writer whose one-woman show Losing It, directed by Nisrine Amine, premiered at Flight Path Theatre to critical acclaim. Megan holds a Bachelor of Performance (Hons) from the University of Wollongong and has studied Shakespearean theatre at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London.

She has appeared in multiple productions with the Australian Shakespeare Company, including A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Romeo and Juliet, and as Lady Macbeth in Macbeth. Megan brings a distinctive, comedic presence to her work, with a gift for blending emotional truth with laughter. Megan was in The Taming of the Shrew as Hortensio , presented by The Playwrought Project at Wharf 2 Theatre last year. And she is currently treading the boards at the Flightpath Theatre in As You Like It.
