Tiffany Wong

Tiffany Wong is a director based in Sydney, Melbourne/Naarm and London. She is the Founder and Artistic Director of Slanted Theatre, supporting over 200 Asian-Australian artists. Tiffany is also part of the Royal Court Theatre’s Assistant Director Pool 2026, and was an Ensemble Theatre Sandra Bates Assistant Director in 2025 and Bell Shakespeare Cosgrove Associate Director in 2024.

Her directing credits include Clary by Tasmin Everett at C Arts Aurora Studio (World Premiere, Edinburgh Fringe), Frozen in Time by Vidya Makan & Sheanna Russon at Hayes Theatre Co’s Festival of New Work (World Premiere, Sydney), Atlantis by Lally Katz at New Theatre, Boom by Jean Tay with KXT bAKEHOUSE & Slanted Theatre (Australian Premiere), Short Blanket by Matt Bostock with Slanted Theatre & Meraki Arts Bar (World Premiere), Lady Precious Stream by S.I. Hsiung, Slanderous Tongues by Julia Faragher, Three Fat Virgins Unassembled by Ovidia Yu (Australian Premiere), and Ching Chong Chinaman by Lauren Yee (Australian Premiere).

Tiffany has worked in the directing teams on John le Carré's The Spy Who Came In From The Cold (UK Tour), Death Note: The Musical (Barbican), Acid’s Reign (Relish Theatre), the world premiere of Paddington - The Musical (Savoy), Harry Potter & The Cursed Child (Palace Theatre), as well as productions at the Ensemble Theatre, Hayes Theatre, Sydney Theatre Company, and Bell Shakespeare, with Olivier-award-winning directors Luke Sheppard & Jeremy Herrin.
